As a part of the peak season policy, any journey between 1st of December to 31st of January will cost Rs. 100 per person per sector/ticket additionally, every year.
Children below 2 Years will be charged Rs. 105 while the children above 2 Years will be charged in full.
The first private ferry service in the archipelago of Andamans and Nicobar Island, Makruzz ferry has made its name in the passenger commute sector since the last 20 odd years. Makruzz was built at the Damen Shipyard, Singapore, in 2002, similarly Makruzz Gold was built in the Damen Shipyard, Singapore in 1996 and the last addition to the family Makruzz Pearl was made at the Austal Shipyard, Australia in the year of 1998. The ferries are owned by MAK Logistics Pvt. Ltd.
